About The Artist
Nada Gliwan is an American‑Arab modern artist born in Libya and raised in Turkey. Her work bridges cultures, emotions, colorful and identity through a distinctive visual language. She graduated from the University of Tripoli and held her first solo international exhibition in Turkey. Now based in Los Angeles, Nada has exhibited internationally, including Expo Metro shows in Los Angeles, Barcelona, New York, and Amsterdam, and participated in LA public art projects during COVID‑19. Recognized by the City of Los Angeles and Santa Monica Alternative School House, she donates artwork to support arts education. Her dynamic, culturally informed paintings convey love, hope, and resilience, reflecting a commitment to storytelling, social engagement, and global artistic dialogue.
